Community Opportunity Fund Task ForceThe 2008 Clean and Safe Neighborhood Park Bond set aside $5 million for a Community Opportunity Fund.
The Community Opportunity Fund was established to fund small-scale, community-nominated capital (physical) improvement projects in neighborhood parks across San Francisco.
